Biographical :

Daniel Ben-Zvi (pronounced BenzVee) is well respected as a mediator and arbitrator. He is 1 of 32 "Power Mediators" worldwide on the Hollywood Reporter List. He has resolved more than 1,500 disputes. Mr. Ben-Zvi, admitted to five Bars, draws on 20 years as a multi-state trial lawyer to resolve complex, high-stakes cases. This "warrior-turned-peacemaker," as the Daily Journal described him, brings a unique blend of determination and creativity to ending bitterly fought lawsuits.

Mr. Ben-Zvi appreciates the unique perspectives of plaintiff and defense. Throughout his litigation career, Mr. Ben-Zvi represented both plaintiffs and defendants. 

Mr. Ben-Zvi is co-author of a book on mediation and arbitration entitled, "Inside the Minds - Alternative Dispute Resolution" [Aspatore Press, Boston 2004]. He writes articles and frequently lectures on dispute resolution to organizations of mediators, attorneys, law schools and others. Mr. Ben-Zvi, who writes creatively -- not just mediates creatively -- was a writer on the television show "L.A. Law."
